By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Lending partners & investors — vetted third-party financing companies and institutional investors for the purpose of identifying and facilitating financing opportunities for your music catalog.
  • Service providers — vendors who help operate the Platform (e.g., hosting, database services) under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary to perform their services.
  • Legal & regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CatalogIQ, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and submission history for as long as your account is active. Following account closure, we retain data for up to 7 years for financial record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7), subject to any legal retention requirements or active financing obligations.
